Dorst is an investigative film about the emptiness and anonymity in the big cities.
Urban people are constantly surrounded by other people, but that does not necessarily mean that they find the social contact they need. Almost everyone has a phase in their life in which the need for contact is greater than is being fulfilled at that moment. This can lead to feelings of loneliness.
In our film we went looking for places in the city that depict the feeling of loneliness. We have tried to make these negative feelings that occur in the city visible.
The film was shown at an exhibition at MiniTopia in Den Bosch. We played it in a strange car, where you had to sit in, to watch the film. Just by yourself.
